LOVE
TRUST
INSTINCT
BREATH
UTERUS
VAGINA
External tools: Old towels or a blanket to birth on. (Unless you are in a warm bath or the ocean)
A bucket or basin to hold the placenta
After the birth:
LOVE
TRUST
INSTINCT
BREASTS
External tools: Warm blanket to wrap bub up with mum.
If you feel the need to cut the cord after the placenta has been born, you might need a piece of string & some scissors. Oh, and some fresh water because mum will probably be a little bit thirsty.
